Today I decided that I wanted to go to the fabric store to pick up a couple supplies. I made a list, and my mom and I went out. Since I'm really lucky, and I still live at home (when I'm not living in rez) because I'm a student and I don't have a real job, my mom is willing to buy me sewing supplies. I was only planning on buying some interfacing, thread and a zipper, but then we found the remnants section and things got a little out of hand. I walked out of the store with materials for 3 new projects, even though I have about 28375438582340165438 projects waiting to be completed. Oh well, I have been working on one today that is getting close to complete.
I was originally kind of hoping to do a special little photoshoot in my backyard with my new dress (the one from yesterday) today. But it turned out that even though today is Labour Day, our workers were working, so I definitely wasn't going to be out there snapping away. It will have to wait for another time.

My mother is an enabler too. Whenever we go to the craft she always says "well why don't you make this for me?" and then I end up with far more than I ever meant too.
I love this cute, cute vest/jacket. What amazing colors and patterns.

Hehe craft shops are like an Aladdin's cave of temptingness... there's a Spotlight store a short drive from my place and I'm having to ban myself from it until exams are over...
Take a break! Phew! How many projects can you go on doing :P [Kidding!] you are super woman.
